Online Registration Opens July 1st
South Harrison Elementary School utilizes an online registration platform to make registration and re-enrollment of students as convenient as possible. The registration forms can be completed online for your student (or multiple students) at your home on your own schedule. Once the online forms are submitted and reviewed, our Registrar will work with you to schedule an appointment with a guidance counselor at your student’s new school. This appointment will serve as both the finalization of your registration and a time to meet with guidance, get acquainted with the school, and schedule your student’s classes.
How to get started with Online Registration
For New Families enrolling students at South Harrison Township Elementary School:
You will need to create a registration portal account from which you add your enrolling students. Creating your account is very quick (a few minutes) and requires an email address. Once you’ve signed into your account you can add students using the registration dashboard.
(Please Note: The online forms do not have to be completed in one sitting. The registration dashboard will also show any “In-Progress” registrations you haven’t finished yet and allow you to continue them.)

Parents of Existing South Harrison Township Elementary School Students:
You do not need to create a registration portal account. Completing summer re-enrollment for current students and registering a new student can be done by accessing your family registration dashboard through your existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account.
When logged into your South Harrison Elementary Parent Portal account you will see a “Returning Student Registration” menu choice (pictured right). Clicking on this option will automatically log you into your family registration dashboard where you can both add a new student as well as complete the summer re-enrollment form for any existing South Harrison student. Parents and Guardians of current students receive an email broadcast at the end of each school year letting them know when the summer re-enrollment forms are ready to be accessed.

What documentation do I need to register my student at South Harrison Elementary School?
Refer to the listing on our Registration Requirements section to make sure you have everything collected before you begin. We provide the ability to upload electronic copies of many required documents (proofs of residency, IEP documents, transfer cards, etc…). You may take advantage of that option if you have electronic copies.
Where can I find copies of important forms such as physicals and medical management plans?
