All new employees need to first have their fingerprints recorded or archived. If you have had your fingerprints scanned after 2/21/2003, please archive your Fingerprints by clicking here. If you have not yet had your fingerprints scanned or they were taken prior to 2/21/2003, please schedule your appointment through the New Jersey Department of Education's secure website by clicking here.
Please complete the following forms and return your completed paperwork to Susan Vance, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent:
Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 (two forms of identification will be required)
Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse Disclosure Release Form (see below for details)

Effective June 1, 2018, state statue (P.L. 2018, c.5) requires that all school districts, charter schools, nonpublic schools, and contracted service providers make certain inquiries regarding child abuse and sexual misconduct of prospective employees who will have regular contact with students.
All prospective employees must submit a Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse Disclosure Release Form to each of their former employers from the past twenty years to complete (only employers where there was direct contact with children). Former employers must return completed forms within 20 days.
