• Aetna’s 24/7 Crisis Response Hotline is Now Live & Teletherapy

Aetna understands there is a lot of confusion and concern surrounding COVID-19, and they want to make sure their members are continually properly informed as well as receiving the support that they may need.

In order to help their members get the proper information and counseling they potentially need, Aetna has established a 24/7 Crisis Response Hotline. Members can call and receive confidential counseling and support at any time.

The hotline can be reached at 1-833-327-2386.

Members also have access to Aetna’s Behavioral Health televideo counseling. Utilize the camera on your computer or any smart device to chat with a counselor from the comfort of your own home. Aetna is also offering Behavioral Health at a $0 Member copay through September 30th!

You may also conduct approved teletherapy sessions with your provider via zoom or skype. Applicable member cost share will apply, please discuss with your provider before scheduling an appointment.
