 Welcome to South Harrison Twp. School's website! The school is located in Gloucester County, in southern New Jersey.
It is a PreK-Grade 6 school/district. South Harrison Twp. Elementary School is proud to have been chosen by the New Jersey Department of Education to participate in the interdistrict Public School Choice Program.

  • School Board Candidate Kit
    The New Jersey School Boards Association has published an online Candidate Kit with information for citizens interested in running for a position on their local board of education in November. More than 500 school districts will conduct elections on Tuesday, Nov. 5, the date of the General Election.

  • Strategic Planning
    The South Harrison Elementary School embarked on a strategic planning process on April 18th. We held an enthusiastic and engaging Points of Pride meeting where participants discussed those “things” that make us proud of our school and school community. Based on the discussion it is fair to say that we are very proud of our elementary school, our staff, and our students. Click here to review the minutes from each of the six groups as they were presented.
    Our next meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, May 16th from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Please join us as we discuss Expectations for theFuture. For those of us with small children the Home & School has graciously offered to assist with babysitting here at the school.
